Guidelines for Secondary Use of Music Content
1. Purpose
Gungho Online Entertainment, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established these Guidelines for Secondary Use of Music Content (hereinafter referred to as “the Guidelines”) with the aim of increasing awareness of and encouraging the active distribution and use of the music content it provides.
By complying with these Guidelines, users are permitted to use the designated content free of charge for secondary purposes—such as use as background music in facilities, performances, incorporation as BGM in videos, and posting on social media—in order to help expand its reach and visibility.
2. Applicable Contents
This applies to music content (including songs and music videos) that has been officially released by the Company and explicitly designated as subject to these Guidelines.

3. Permitted Use
This music may be used in the following contexts with the aim of increasing awareness and encouraging wider distribution.

- Social Media and Video Platforms：Use as background music in videos on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and X, as well as the posting of derivative works (e.g., “cover performances,” “playthroughs,” etc.).
Modifications and Sharing of Usage
- Editing and Modifications：Modifications such as remixes, edits, partial excerpts, and mashups of the music are permitted.
- Sharing of Usage：You are permitted to record and share videos or audio capturing actual use of the music—such as DJ performances at events or clubs, or usage in stores—and upload such content to video platforms and social media.
4. Commercial vs Non-Commercial Use Criteria
The use of this music for direct commercial purposes is prohibited; however, its use in indirect commercial activities is permitted.

Use in connection with content that is contrary to public order and morals, or in contexts involving political or religious activities, or that promotes illegal acts
Any other use deemed inappropriate by the Company
Ownership of Rights
All copyrights, neighboring rights, and any other intellectual property rights related to this music are owned exclusively by the Company.
Case-by-Case Actions and Disclaimer
Even when use complies with these Guidelines, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue notices, warnings, or requests to discontinue use (including requests for removal) in cases where specific uses are deemed inappropriate or significantly harmful to the Company’s image.
The Company shall not be held liable for any disputes or damages arising between users and third parties in connection with the use of the content, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
